1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website hydro-seamless-gutters.com or engaging Hydro Seamless Gutters (“the Company”) for estimates, gutter fabrication, maintenance, or repair services in the state of Texas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Estimates & Scopes of Work

All estimates provided by owner Omar or authorized representatives are based on visible exterior roofline conditions, fascia board stability, roof pitch, and property access at the time of inspection.

• Written estimates remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date issued.
• Hidden conditions discovered during tear-off (such as rotted sub-fascia, structural rafter tail decay, or detached soffits obscured by old gutters) will be documented with photos and discussed with the owner prior to performing additional repair work.

3. Weather & Installation Safety

For technician safety and superior installation quality, gutter installations and ladder work cannot be performed during active torrential downpours, electrical lightning storms, hurricane-force wind events, or when roof decking is dangerously slick. In such circumstances, work will be promptly rescheduled for the earliest safe date.

4. Material & Workmanship Standards

Hydro Seamless Gutters uses premium seamless aluminum coil (0.027 and 0.032 gauge), architectural copper, and heavy-duty screw-in hidden hangers. All seamless runs are pitched toward downspouts using laser or digital levels to ensure positive drainage toward designated discharge zones.

5. Property Access & Clearances

Property owners are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access around exterior walls and roof perimeters during scheduled service hours, including securing pets and moving vehicles or delicate patio furniture away from work areas.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal matters shall be resolved within Harris County, Texas.
